KO&CO x Glasslock Giveaway – Heritage Edition & 12-Piece Set

01 October 2026 – 31 October 2026

1) Duration of the Giveaway

The giveaway starts on 01 October 2026 and ends on 31 October 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CET.

During this period, users have the opportunity to enter the giveaway online.

2) How to Enter

Participation in the giveaway requires:

  1. Liking the respective Instagram giveaway post,

  2. Following the Instagram accounts @koandco.world and @glasslockeu,

  3. Tagging 2 friends in the comments using the @ function,

  4. Accepting these Terms & Conditions.

All of the above requirements must be fulfilled.

Participation is only possible during the giveaway period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Multiple comments or tags are permitted; however, only one comment per user will count as one entry.

Participation in the giveaway is free and is not linked to any purchase.

In addition, participants and other users have the opportunity to receive 20% off orders at the Glasslock online shop glasslock-shop.com during the period from 01 October 2026 up to and including 31 October 2026 by using the discount code GLS20.

The discount code is independent of participation in the giveaway and does not provide any additional advantage in the giveaway draw. The discount code will no longer be valid after the end of the giveaway period.

3) Eligibility

The giveaway is open to natural persons who are residents of Germany and are at least 18 years old.

Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.

If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

Employees of the organizer and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway are excluded from participation.

Participation must be made personally by the participant. Participation through automated procedures, such as giveaway clubs or giveaway service providers, is prohibited.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants at its reasonable discretion if there are legitimate grounds for doing so, including:

(a) manipulation in connection with access to or the execution of the giveaway,
(b) violations of these Terms & Conditions,
(c) dishonest conduct, or
(d) false or misleading information provided in connection with participation in the giveaway.

4) Prize, Notification and Delivery

The giveaway includes the following prizes:

  • 2 Glasslock Heritage Edition glasses
    These glasses are part of a strictly limited edition featuring Korean characters.

  • 1 Glasslock 12-piece set

The total value of the prizes is more than €155.

The winners will be selected after the giveaway has ended by a random draw among all valid entries.

The winners will be notified via private message on Instagram. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate.

Each winner must contact the organizer via private message on Instagram within 1 week of receiving the notification.

If a winner does not respond within this period, their claim to the prize will expire and the prize may be awarded to another participant.

The prize will be delivered by parcel at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or their legal representative.

The prize cannot be exchanged, collected in person or paid out in cash.

5) General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the giveaway organized by C&L INT GmbH, Heider-Hof-Weg 23C, 52080 Aachen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

Participation in the giveaway is governed exclusively by these Terms & Conditions.

This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram.

6) Early Termination of the Giveaway

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.

The Organizer may particularly exercise this right if the proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.

If the termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the Organizer may claim any resulting damages from that person.

7) Data Protection

Participation in the giveaway may require the provision of personal data. Participants confirm that the personal information they provide, including their first and last name, address and email address, is truthful and accurate.

The Organizer generally does not pass participants' personal data on to third parties or make it available for their use, except where this is necessary for the organization and administration of the giveaway.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that C&L INT GmbH may publish the winner's name in connection with the giveaway.

The data required to conduct the giveaway and voluntarily provided by participants will be processed exclusively for the purpose of determining the winners and administering the prizes.

All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the giveaway, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal reasons prevent deletion.

Participants have the statutory rights of access, correction, deletion and withdrawal.

8) Withdrawal

Participants may withdraw from the giveaway at any time by requesting the deletion of their registration data via private message on Instagram to @koandco.world, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent such deletion.

9) Liability

Claims relating to any material or legal defects in prizes provided by prize sponsors must be asserted exclusively against the respective prize sponsor.

The Organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or for any consequences arising from such insolvency in relation to the execution of the giveaway.

10) Contact and Applicable Law

The giveaway is organized by C&L INT GmbH.

The giveaway is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Legal recourse is excluded.

11) Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
